In 2021, I got fed up with not being able to find shorts that I liked, short shorts.

Shorts are called shorts for a reason.

They are supposed to be short.

They aren’t supposed to get in your way and they aren’t supposed to be uncomfortable.

It seemed like there were no quality gym brands making any and if they were I still found myself rolling them up to achieve the fit I wanted - the superior mid-thigh fit.

The only options I could find were khaki shorts or swim trunks that had you looking like you just walked out of a frat house.

With my back against the wall, I decided to do something about it.

I grabbed my grandma's sewing machine and created Fivenine.

This led to the creation of our best-selling 4” inseam mid-thigh fit.

It’s not too long, it’s not too short, it hits your thighs just right.
